Shiona Lee (also known as Sharon) is a SAG-AFTRA actress, somatic movement instructor, and holistic health co-founder based in Los Angeles. Acting remains her deepest passion, and the throughline of her work is healing of the body, soul, and spirit.
She teaches Heal with Hammock, an aerial, fascia-focused movement practice rooted in somatic therapy, and is the baker behind SOZO Cookies, a nourishment-centered project shaped by gentleness and restoration. She is also a publisher and co-founder of Lux Perpetua, a women-led holistic health initiative devoted to embodiment, community, and becoming whole.
Shiona believes in being a light where one is planted. Rooted in Los Angeles for this season, she is growing her tree and tending to depth, health, and connection while remaining open to the next adventure when the time comes. Her work centers on creating spaces where people can slow down, feel supported, and heal together, trusting that shared wholeness allows communities to flourish.
